For all certified teaching and substitute applicants, an initial SparkHire Online Video Interview will be required. An email will be sent to you ASAP after your application has been received and processed. In addition, certified applicants are required to take the Educator's Professional Inventory (EPI). This is not a test but an inventory of your skillset that will help us support you as an educator in AISD.
CAUTION: If you are a current AISD employee wishing to apply for one of the positions listed below, you must complete an Internal profile before completing the application. You will find the Internal link in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
Classified applicants do not require a screener interview. However, clerical applicants MUST pass a typing test. Please call (806)-326-1499 to schedule a typing test with AISD. In addition, a GED or official high school transcript or diploma must be uploaded with your application. If you have received college hours, please upload your college transcript as many paraprofessional positions require 48 college hours or a No Child Left Behind test. ALL CLASSIFIED APPLICANTS MUST UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
